Start your morning with purpose & vitality in Rise and Flow, a morning practice designed to wake up your body & centre your mind. This uplifting session seamlessly blends fluid movement, energising breathwork, & empowering postures to shake off sleepiness, boost your circulation, (from hopefully a long night’s rest), & cultivate steady focus.
Before we move, you’ll have the opportunity to pull a personal oracle card (I’ll mix up what themed decks of cards I’ll bring) to invite a focused intention & a touch of inspiration into your practice.
Leave your mat feeling refreshed, grounded, & aligned to take on whatever the day holds.
Let's let go, & flow! See you in the studio.

Begin your day by gently awakening the body & quietly settling the mind in this Morning Yin practice. Designed to help you transition into the day with clarity & grounding. This class focuses on holding long, passive postures that target the body's meridian lines ~ (the energetic pathways that promote deep physical release & free-flowing vitality).
With the supportive aid of your prana & breathwork throughout the practice & studio props like plush bolsters, blocks, & straps, you will comfortably melt into each posture. Unless you want to play with your “edge” but that is always Yogini’s choice. By targeting the connective tissues, fascia, & joints, these supported poses invite you into a state of profound restoration, melting away lingering tension from sleep & balancing your body's energy system. Leave your mat feeling nourished, deeply rested, & seamlessly aligned for the day ahead.
Curious about why a Yin practice in the morning is an ideal time for a slower class? Read More:
In Taoist philosophy & traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the morning is considered an ideal time to practice Yin yoga—particularly for its effect on your physical connective tissues & energetic meridian lines. Or Acupressure points.
Colder, Stiffer Connective Tissue
Overnight, your body cools down & your muscles relax completely. When you first wake up, your connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, & tendons) are cold & stiff. Practicing Yin before your muscles warm up through daily movement allows the gentle, sustained pressure to bypass the muscles & target the deep fascial network directly.
Clearing Morning Stagnation
According to TCM, energy (Qi) and fluids can become stagnant overnight while the body is stationary. Holding gentle Yin postures compresses & releases the lymphatic system & specific meridian pathways, acting like a pump that flushes away overnight fluid stagnation & restores the smooth flow of Qi.
Transitioning from Yin to Yang
Traditional concepts structure the day by energy states:
Night: Peak Yin (cold, dark, completely passive, rest).
Morning: The transition phase where Yin gently begins giving way to Yang (warmth, light, movement).
Midday: Peak Yang (active, energetic).
A morning Yin practice serves as a gradual bridge between nighttime rest & daytime activity. Instead of forcing a cold body into intense, high-energy (Yang) movement right away, Yin softly stirs the body's internal energy, preparing you for the demands of the day without depleting your reserves.

Harmonise your mind, body, & subtle energies of nature with Elemental Yin, a deeply engaging weekly class guided by the Five Elements of Yin Yoga ~ Traditional Chinese Medicine: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, & Water.
Running on a repeating 5-week cycle, each week explores a single element & its corresponding meridian pathways through supported, long-held passive postures. To deepen your connection, each session begins & ends with targeted breathwork & meditation woven around that week's element ~ exploring its associated season, emotions, physical organs, spirits & subtle qualities.
Whether you drop in for a single class or move through the full 5-week journey, you will leave feeling grounded, emotionally balanced, & deeply restored.
Weekly class cycles through the 5 Elements (5-week repeating series)
Element-focused breathwork, guided meditation, & how to work with each elemental to restore excess or deficiencies of these energies in the body.
Welcome at any point in the cycle ~no prior experience needed! You can come to all 5 or drop in when suits your schedule.
Each week we will dive deep into the meridian lines (energy pathways in the body) that the yin postures correspond to the acupressure points in the body.
This is about balancing the body & feeling more overall balanced in life. Being supported in the posture with the yoga props to explore what your tension patterns are trying to tell you about living more in tune with nature. If your ‘water’ energy is depleted, or your ‘fire’ is in excess, these can be worked with in this class.

Find the ultimate balance between embodied movement & stillness in Yang to Yin with Myofascial Release, an immersive full-body practice designed to release physical tension from head to toe.
We begin with an energising Yang flow to build gentle heat & warm the muscles, transitioning into deeply restorative Yin shapes supported by studio props. Throughout class, you will use dedicated myofascial release (MFR) balls alongside targeted breathwork to sink into the body’s deeper connective tissue, unravelling stubborn knots & restoring hydration to your fascia.
Before sinking into a quiet Savasana, we dedicate time to a luxurious self-care ritual:
Gua Sha Facial Massage: Guided techniques using rose quartz & jade Gua Sha tools paired with my drink for your skin, homemade 'From the Forest' calendula oil to soothe the face & stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Cranial Meridian Release: A gentle scalp massage using scalp combs (provided) to target the cranial meridians, melting away head & neck tension.
Leave your mat deeply unburdened, glowing, & completely restored & recovered ready to smash your next pb in the gym, or bring balance back to the body & feel more free to move about your day.
This class is designed to be a targeted inquiry of your body & how you respond to discomfort.
Each class will focus on a specific muscle group / fascia plane within the body.
This class is perfect for people who are beginners to yoga & advanced alike, it is also especially good for delayed muscle soreness, gym bunnies & your mum & da! (basically, everyone can benefit from this class.)
What is fascia?
~Connective tissue that protects, lines & weaves through the body & musculature.
~"white, fibrous layer" think of the white pith of an orange peel, or a web, fascia is dense but flexible.
~It is made up of layers, including superficial (below the skin) and deep (surrounding muscles) types. Throughout the body we have planes of fascia, much like our muscle groups.
How can this class benefit you?
~improve posture & flexibility of joints & alignment.
~ When healthy, fascia is slippery & hydrated. It looks like dew drops on the strands of a spider’s web (apologise nurse brain kicking in there). When stressed, dehydrated, or underused, it can tighten, thicken, or develop adhesions (knots), leading to restricted movement, reduced flexibility, & pain.
~increased range of motion.
~breaks down scar tissue & aids recovery for sports or gentle injury recovery.
~Structural support, fascia acts as a sensory organ, containing numerous nerve endings (proprioceptors) that detect pressure, stretch, &movement. It plays a critical role in force transmission, stability, & proprioception (our 6th sense).
~improves bloody circulation.
~Self-massage & hydration to the body through sense of touch can help become more in tune with our mind body awareness.
~can help reduce stress & enhance relaxation.
"Find strength in the softness."

We finish with 20 minutes of stillness and reflection — settling into Savasana before journaling, reflecting on your thoughts, or simply enjoying quiet time with the book you’re currently reading.

Softly unwind, build gentle mobility, & reconnect with your breath in this accessible, low-intensity class. Designed for all levels, whether you are new to yoga, sitting all day at a computer, or simply seeking a slower pace ~ this session blends mindful movement with full-body relaxation.
The style of this yoga class will mostly be Hatha yoga. Or like my older classes of Yoga in a Plant Shop & Yoga Mondays at PBH. Hatha is the balancing of the sun & the moon in the body by moving through yoga postures (asanas). Incorporating mindful meditation moments & breathwork.
This practice spends time breaking the barriers to the "perfect pose" with safe alignment & fitting the yoga practice to suit your body not forcing yourself into a shape you’re not ready for or that your beautiful anatomy will allow!
Through slow-paced postures, gentle stretching, & supported transitions, you will relieve physical tension, ease mental stress, & cultivate a sense of quiet calm. Expect a welcoming, pressure-free space where you can move at your own pace & leave feeling refreshed, balanced & deeply centred.
There will also be opportunity for regulars of this class to build on the flow & explore different variations.
Let’s flow, this class is the perfect movement snack, before you head home after a busy day.

Shake off the weight of the week & leave your stress at the door with Angry Vinyasa ~the ultimate Friday night purge. This high-energy class blends a dynamic, upbeat Vinyasa flow with powerful, Kundalini-inspired shaking meditation to help you release pent-up frustration, clear out stagnant energy, & literally shake the shit out of your system.
It's the end of the working day you've had your boundaries trampled on all week, you're feeling, stuck & agitated... explore Kundalini yoga & the energy of uncoiling the snake we all house at the base of our spine, through a different kind of meditation!
It’s expressive, liberating, surprisingly calming, & completely judgment-free. To get you in the right headspace, you can submit song requests ahead of class each week to help build a playlist that gets your heart pumping & lifts your spirit. Afterward, we’ll cool down & ground ourselves together with a warm, soothing cup of tea. Show up as you are, leave it all on the mat, & start your weekend with a totally clean slate.
We are going to shake the shit of the week out, express ourselves on the mat, sweat it out, moving through the postures at a nice steady pace, keeping the soothing repetition of synchronised breath to the yoga postures in vinyasa but with a little creative, energy play. Equally rest is highly encouraged. Go at your pace, take as many child’s poses as you wish ~ no judgement here.
Once you book in, if you've got a 'Real Angry Girl Energy' song that you want to dance shake & move to, send me a message on Instagram with 48hours notice & I'll do my best to get it added!

Unplug from the business of the week & step into a sanctuary of stillness with Friday Night class. Designed to soothe an overworked nervous system, this immersive evening offers the ultimate transition into your weekend ~ moving you out of your head & back home to your body.
The Flow of the Evening
Deep Restorative Yoga
We begin by settling into long-held, fully supported restorative postures using plush bolsters, blankets, & blocks. With zero effort required, your muscles release deep-seated tension, your breath slows down, & your body softly receives the restorative rest it craves.
Yoga Nidra ("Yogic Sleep")
From this state of deep relaxation, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra ~ an ancient, systematic form of guided meditation often translated as "yogic sleep." Lying comfortably, you will hover in the peaceful threshold between waking & sleeping (the theta brainwave state). Just 20 to 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra offers the restorative benefits of hours of deep sleep, leaving your mind clear, your spirit nourished, & your body profoundly relaxed.
We conclude the practice bathed in the therapeutic vibrations of sacred sound instruments. As you rest in Savasana, delicate Koshi Chimes will play around the room ~ crafted with distinct harmonic tunings to embody the four classical elements:
🌿 Terra (Earth): Grounding, steady C-Major tones to root your energy.
💧 Aqua (Water): Fluid, soothing pentatonic melodies to wash away emotional fatigue.
💨 Aria (Air): Light, expansive harmonies to clear mental chatter.
🔥 Ignis (Fire): Warm, uplifting frequencies to reignite inner balance.
How else do you want to spend your Friday night before enjoying a weekend of fun & adventure!

Do not worry! We are all beginners until we start! You are so welcome here, & how exciting that you are thinking about expanding your movement into yoga. I have just launched a Beginner’s yoga flow class on a Thursday night, but gentle yoga, & all my yin classes are a good place to start too. Send me a message on instagram, if there’s something specific you would like to know.
-
Of course! Yoga is for everyone. All of my classes are guided & supported, I often give the pose names, sometimes also in Sanskrit but I will always explain individually if I read the room that someone hasn’t understood. I also love to teach the stories behind the poses too, helps us get to know them better.
-
Please get in touch with me directly. I am pre & post natal trained. I can let you know specifically which events or classes would be most comfortable for you. You’ll be surprised how much you can continue to do in a yoga class. From 2nd trimester is advised. Vinyasa ~ angry edition cannot be adapted due to the shaking meditation, but gentle yoga would be a good place to start.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a hands-on therapy aimed at releasing tension & tightness in the myofascial system—the network of connective tissue (fascia) that wraps around & supports every muscle, bone, nerve, & organ in your body.
When your body experiences stress, trauma, repetitive motion, or poor posture, the fascia can lose its flexibility, becoming tight, bound down, & glued together. This creates localized tightness known as trigger points (or "knots"), which restrict movement, reduce blood flow, and often cause referred pain elsewhere in the body.
How It Works
Unlike deep tissue massage—which focuses on rubbing and working out muscle fibers—myofascial release applies sustained, gentle pressure into restricted fascial areas over several minutes. This sustained compression warms and softens the tissue, allowing the fascia to stretch, rehydrate, and unbind naturally.
Key Techniques & Applications
Self-Myofascial Release (SMR): Practiced independently using props such as therapy balls,
Integrative Practices: Combined with gentle movement, breathwork, or restorative yoga to soothe the nervous system alongside the physical release. Like my Thursday evening practice.
Core Benefits
Relieves Chronic Pain: Releases deep-seated tightness in areas like the lower back, neck, shoulders, and hips.
Improves Mobility & Flexibility: Restores smooth gliding between fascial layers, allowing joints to move through their full range of motion.
Enhances Circulation & Hydration: Flushes out metabolic waste and draws fresh fluid back into dehydrated, stiff tissue.
Soothes the Nervous System: Down-regulates the sympathetic ("fight or flight") response, encouraging nervous system relaxation.

Vinyasa translates to ‘to place in a special way’ so this class, isn’t a thousand planks, & headstands, (unless that floats your boat), this class is guided vinyasa flow, with mini broken-down flows & transitions are repeated, to allow you to switch off & get out of your head & into your body at the end of the working week! I have a playlist that you can add any requests onto. You know, the ones that you can’t help pressing the foot down on the pedal while driving, or that gives you the energy to finally clear out that closet. After the flow we will move into the kundalini inspired shaking meditation, to relieve tension & cause a gentle rebounding effect in the body before savasana. Tea is served after a long savasana to settle the nervous system. However my best & most frequent feedback about this class is how fun, liberating it is & how surprised they are with how calm they feel afterwards.
